Plano is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Plano follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is my first time here and my first time gardening. I met a member of the staff by name Alison. She is indeed a great person with a great smile to welcome you,and she assisted me with every concern on gardening. Her personality symbolizes what great customer service is all about. She was very passionate about the plants, pottery and very patient in making me understand the things I need to help me with my gardening. The other staff too were welcoming and great in helping with the items I bought. I would recommend this place to those looking for help with understanding gardening. They are great people here.

I am a frequent flyer at Calloways at 1:21 in Custer. I always get good customer service. But I have to say today was head and shoulders above service I’ve received in the past. Alexis was absolutely amazing. She shared with me the warranty and return policies as well as guided me to the plant. I needed to beautify my backyard. Alexis and those team members like her are the reason I continue to shop at Calloway’s.

Awesome! Went here today for the first time. Not going anywhere else in the future. Allison and Ren were amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Excellent variety and quality of flowers, plants, shrubs, and containers. I didn't have time to look into so much more there. Prices were very reasonable, and container/pots/planters were less expensive than I found online and elsewhere. Return policy is excellent. The Calloway's web site doesn't do this location justice. Looking forward to the next trip there.

Stopped in today to pick up a planted floral arrangement for my parents in memory of my Grandmother that passed away yesterday. I know almost nothing about plants, but was amazed by the assistance Harrison provided me to pick out plants in her favorite colors and planted them in the pot in a beautiful arrangement. Highly recommend.
